I left ROT for a while but now I am back.
I see that the story is almost finished which is something I would really like to check out when I reach that point character level wise.

The merchant at the Sanctuary Guild Hall will not allow me to see his stock of powerful weapons and powerful armors.
I was wondering if I need to be a guild member to see those items?
