So does vamp regen. do dmg to the target and then refund that amount, per hit, to the wielder?

Let's see what we can work out, I'll be on later today around 5pm PST (at work atm).

My main is currently using a pair of the "Ronin" Katanas but I won't be able to use those forever as they're plot items and can't be modified.

Reply with what you have to spare/trade/sell and we'll see if we can work something out for Shards/Items.

Still can't login... any help?

I tried logging into a different character and it took me to the language selection screen (on a level 26ish char) and wanted me to select two languages... then booted me.

Still can't login. Getting booted after Phase 1 Area updates.
