I was referring to the non-spawning of JD Kimball, I didnt make those other changes yet but will soon.

If you get a chance can you double check the fix to CEXP c18? I made a pretty significant change to the setup and I tested but another set of eyes..

Thanks for the reports, I actually put some fixes in to address at least #2 and #3 in the list but will have to take another look at those fixes. The trackers are intended to follow you but not to the temple.
