Three Questions here: 1) Does Epic Confluence count as an extra D20 for shield bash? 2) How does the math work/stack on Shield Bash DMG bonus (+25 Tower Shield, +25 Pulverize, +20 dd set shield) 3) How does DR Stack (DD, feat, Set items) and does DR work on spell dmg?
