Knights Hospitaller group runs to begin

My deepest apologies...to let all know, I had some medical issues involving my finger and an overpowered antibiotic (think Dr going "Who the *bleep* gave you these. Just got out and back together (one of the fun side effects was insomnia and inter cranial swelling)

I 100% commit to making the next one. I should be on later this week (maby today).


Apologies all, was not expecting 2 visits to Dr's office this weekend with a "if not improved in 12hrs go to ER"

I enjoy the irony of a knights hospitaller event gone awry because of a medical problem glad you're OK. Any time the word 'cranial' comes up in medical discussion, I tend to worry a bit.
