I will be rolling out the new item appearance changer on Saturday, July 22. To start with, the new Tailor NPC will be available in the trinity magic shop in addition to the classic one. We intend to keep both tailors to give you the most options possible, but the new one will allow very fine and granular changes to armor etc, that the old one never could allow since it was template based.
