hi everyones, i dont know how but i could not get all my build, and the gold/shards set artifact .... do someones know where to find them on my desktop? ty

I just realized what you were asking by the ticket you submitted:
Please make sure to login with the account name : finn laam
You are using different login names than you used before.

hi bsb, i did connect to my game account with the right one as i can see my status appearing as philantropist or i did paid only for one account

and all good now so yes it was about the right name. so i close tickets
