New Friday Event Sign-up System

Due to decreasing turnout for the Friday event and to prevent wasting prepping time, I am going to ask people to sign-up for the event in Discord. I feel at least 3 players are required for the event but am happy to adjust that if people feel differently. Players will have up to 2 hours before the event to sign-up.

I've added a new Discord channel in the meet-ups sub-group for people to add their names when they want to join
