Make your guild "Sanctuary Approved"

I just want to put this out there for other guild leaders to see. The reason why the Arcane Society is the only guild which I permit my members to have a dual membership with is because they have a restrictive item system in place. The system in question restricts item use to your characters, making it impossible for players to join your character-admitted guild and transfer gear to another character which isn't supposed to use the items. Any guild which wants to become Character-Admitted and wishes to have Sanctuary take that statement seriously will have to implement a similar system. I'd be willing to do it (I've already implemented it for the Arcane Society), but not for nothing (details can be discussed if someone is interested).
