Commit Freeze

I am freezing development committing from anyone except Aghost. We have a laundry list of changes and bugs that have to be resolved on the current build and the more we keep adding the worse it gets to get a clean build.

Big issues at hand:

- Barbarian rage totally broken.

- Item scripts and tagging not fully tested nor regression tested

- Epic challenge submission needs to be integrated, partially is already, but there are changes that need compared before I put in to the main branch.

I have an area ready. Please drop a line when the commit freeze is abrogated so I can open a ticket for it.
Its just an area for planned DM events without direct access for players.
