New PvP Arena Is Live

The new PvP arena that there was a poll for is now live. This arena is meant to make PvP with high level characters more viable. The Arena lowers Shield, Natural, Dodge, and Deflection AC by 6. It cannot be removed through any means(greater restorations or resting) unless the player isn't in the PvP arena. Only two players can be in the arena at a time, meaning there is no team PvP for this arena.

The Arena is found in Sanctuary, there's a door with a dialog where you need to attempt to force your way in.
