Using epic feats in the void is HIGHLY discouraged. If you relog, you will be reset to level 1, and issues around the scripting of removing the feats and adding the shards is not something I would wish to push or potentially bug up. I will find it very hard to reward a player shards or compensation of any kind if I have the slightest inclination that they are trying to get around the system constraints.

That might have something to do with it. I took it, releveled and lost it, finished leveling up, left void, and retook it and all was fine. I'll test again after reboot.

Yes, you can take it as soon as you have the 13 levels. I actually re-tested your scenario and it recycled fine on my test toon. Is it showing on your feats tab that you have Epic Stoicism and you just are missing the greater strength feats?

I have the epic stoicism journal entry but epic str feats, this is correct.

OK, what we're going to have to do is remove your Epic Stoicism feat JE and credit you 30 Wish Shards. Do a relevel. Make sure you leave the void just to rule that out. Level up to level 13 and take it. It should be fine after that. If it is not, I'm going to have to pull your character and see exactly why it isn't working for your character since it works fine for all mine and the extensive testing I did before rolling it out.
