Instancing System Update

ROT2, Chapter 1 and the end of 2 have been instanced.

On 4/15 ROT1 Bloodsands will be instanced.
On 4/16 ROT1 Atlantis Magisterium will be instanced.

Bloodsands has been fully instanced.

Update Notes:

- Eldar's Pyramid run is now directly linked to the Blood Tundra.
- You no longer need Novanmoor's Tooth to get through the Temple of Talos.
- You no longer will get a key from destroying the Destroyer's Fire, however you will need to defeat it to get the transition to appear to finish the run.

Atlantis Magisterium and Tower are being instanced now and will be rolled out tomorrow during our normal production deployment / restart window.

Once we are completed with all legacy content conversion, I will be implementing a new script to handle the activation / deactivation of NON-Inatanced areas. I was able to do it piggy backing on our other instancing technology, but allows us to mange non-instanced areas with little effort.

When we are done with both of these intitatives, ROT will be as bare bones and efficent as it gets. Every nook and cranny has been hit.

In the coming weeks, we will begin ROT2 Chapter 11 development, yes I got sidetracked on these architectural updates, and be rolling out a host of new targeted feats, items, item sets, and tons of new runs in your favorite areas. It's going to blow your minds. With all these updates, not only do you get a better experience, we can offer up almost 2x the content that you already enjoy. Immensive squared I'll call it.

After last night's update the server is nearly totally optimized. We are down to a mere 365 out of 2142 spawners that are either on the instancing system or the area resource management system. I am going to instance ROT1 Chapter 6, The Temple of Vera, Hlintar Kobold Caves, and Hlintar Hall of the Ancients and that will be the end of this round of architectural changes.

I will be adding Mortis' next round of items and integrating Lincoln Robinson's, Haunted Moathouse side quest for both RoT/CEXP later this week.
