Bonus HP to be added to all Forges

I have a fix for handling equippable bonus HP items where your current HP will revert to what it is supposed to be upon unequipping the item. I have a few other things I am hammering out but it is real close. There will be a new item in your inventory upon login, called the inventory reserver. The item will prevent the use of the slot and reserve it for the necessary scripting that has to be done to keep things from getting messed up by the NWN2 engine.

This new way of handling equipping and unequipping items should prevent alot of the goofy engine stacking issues we've seen in the past. A big thanks goes out to Zorteper for doing the necessary leg work to determine ways to fix issues and so that I could simulate them programmatically.

I will be rolling the bonus HP fix and adding bonus Hp to forge first. The rest will go out later.

Many thanks to you and Zorteper, Brian... you put a lot of time and effort into keeping this place running, and the quality of that effort shows. :)
