Eldar's Pyramid: Start Location

I managed to run through Eldar's Pyramid without any trouble, but I can't find the person that gives out the quest. As far as I know, I've talked to everyone in Port Mlir. Any help would be appreciated! (I'm a bit of a completionist >.>)

There isn't a quest. That's a free roam area.

Ah ok! I got confused because it was in the side quest list in the Campaign Guide.
