Bugged at Belthezar

**Potential Spoiler Alert**

Have an issue with my character. Was running through the storyline. Believe its RoT3 chap 18. I went through the zones, killed Belthezar and my journal updated and tells me this, "Continue by returning to the Nether Scroll on the walkway. )"

I walked all over, no ports, no exits, nothing to click on. Asked for help in shout and was told it was probably buggy and to run it again. I ported out, back to the start talked to the guy again, cleared the first 2 zones and I am now in the 3rd zone "Trinity Netherese Tunnels" and it is completely empty.

Its late and im headed out of town, any feedback is appreciated, will check back on Friday. Not sure if the zones are bugged or of my character is. Journal still tells me that I have Defeated Belthezar and to return to the walkway.

After killing Belthezar another adersary is supposed to appear and have a dialogue option. After talking to him it is possible to touch the nether scroll and be ported out. The area often bugs so that npc does not spawn. If a dm is on they can help but if not all that is left is to keep trying until he spawns.

I just changed the setup of this run finale to address the issue and will roll out with the monk changes in a few days.

The changes are on beta at the moment. I did run through and it worked 5 times in a row for me. Seems to have done the trick.
